Is this covered under the scope of activities of the ICTRDF? Can anyone imagine the computing power required to compare and block 50 million urls at a line rate of 10Gpbs, maintaining adelay of not more than 1 millisecond?
I guess we don't have better use of the amounts contributed by telecom operators. Hope they know about the freely available Hotspot shield and dozens of other similar products!
