After wasting time on Dozen of book on MPLS I've found 1 book for MPLS.
 
1- MPLS configuration on Cisco IOS.
2- Jeff Doyle vol II for BGPv4.

1. Please check if your system gives generic HOST error. if it gives then Update your machine or download the patch for it from Internet.
2. Your Workgroup and sever Services stops and sharing wont work, other option is avast antivirus it is good for this issue install and use. Hope so You dont need to do anything like restart.

You can import excel data to the access database.
First you have to import excel file as table in access.Use one of the access default template to use the structure. Be sure there is no extra data other than the desired columns and rows.The cell range to be imported is defined by the cells filled. If you have any wrong entry in will import in a misleading way. The table will be imported to the "assets" table

2. Once done with importing,go to "assets details" forms. open design view by right clicking it, Design your desired view.This form is linked with your imported table. Each field belongs to column or row heading. So data for each table entry is put in the linked fields.
This will transform your table into a database.
