Good Afternoon,
I am currently recruiting for a Packet Core Design Engineer to work for Ericsson based in Reading, UK.
The main duties will be:
Responsible for delivering Packet Switched Core design solutions
Delivery of Packet KPIs as agreed
Responsible for the HLD and DLD designs& solutions, platform design, platform integration, network integration, network planning and test bed operational responsibilities for packet core ensuring they are designed to operate at maximum capacity and efficiency.
Skills required:
Good working Knowledge of NSN packet Switched Core elements including: Combi SGSN's GGSN's and Flexi NG
Good knowledge of UMTS, GPRS, PDP context, IuPS over ATM and IuPS over IP, etc
Experience of design and project delivery of Telco platforms / applications/ services
Good Knowledge of NSN packet switched core elements MML
Good knowledge of 3GPP standards
