dear this is not a directly downloadable form, i mean click on this link http://scholarships.hec.gov.pk/ and sign up and make your account , after than click on the "Last scholarships in 30 days", there you have to make your online CV then submit it. then you can get  the print of it.

Note: One important thing to note is that when making your online CV after giving the details of matric and intermediate, if you have 16 year education dont write it bachelor in your cv click on master/16 year education b/c there bachelor means 14year education.

For all those who are coming to Dubai, please attest all your documents including FSC, Matric and all the degrees from HEC and uae embassy in Islamabad. A HUMBLE REQUEST

Because i also followed the last degree thing and for the last 8 months i am still getting my Matric and FSC degrees attestation. Because it will help after getting the job. But as you are going through the whole process try to attest all the documents

get attested your engineering degree and transcript from hec through OCS .
it will take 7 days. if you need them urgent go to hec office isbd
fill online form in thier lab and follow procedure, it will take full 1 day.

after that attest the hec attested dox from foreign office , they have offices
in lahore isb and some other cities as well. the process in the office is 4-5 hours long.

after that get your engineering degree attested from dubai embassy through jerry visa drop
box service in front of ganga raam hospital lahore or in karachi house isbd. 2 hours process
each time in the office for delivery and receiving day.

Responsibilities

Implementation Engineers are technical hands-on experts responsible for commissioning Empirix monitoring systems, software configuration, turn-up of probes, and on site project implementation into 3G/4G carrier networks and VoIP service providers. Engineers work collaboratively with customers to meet contractual obligations in a professional services role and set and manage customer expectations to ensure that product deployments are successfully completed on time and meet technical, business and operational expectations.
Responsibility starts at the time that the sales order is entered by the Empirix Sales Account team, and continues through to completion of the acceptance test plan (ATP). The Engineer initiates activity by conducting a thorough review of the sales order created by the Empirix Sales Account team, validating the purchased configurations, site requirements, and network infrastructure with the customer. The Engineer utilizes this information and their engagements with the customer to assist in the development of a project implementation plan and Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure a successful deployment.
Throughout the project lifecycle, the Engineer monitors and drives to established implementation milestones, and participates in client status calls to ensure that projects remain on schedule. The Engineer completes the engagement by verifying the completion of ATP and finalizes projects with customer acceptance.
Requirements
* Hands-on experience with the implementation, configuration and monitoring of carrier-grade equipment.
* Expert-level knowledge of VOIP architectures and protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP, H.248)
* Expert-level knowledge of Mobile Circuit Switch / SS7 Core (ISUP, MAP, CAMEL)

Hi;

    Best project will be a Small, Simple, Non-Hardware, Less Expensive (Let's say which require no money)... Why?....  Because You will not get any Gold Medal for making an Excellent project or any other reword for this Project because you are not preparing for any competition which is Good :)....

    Use any Matlab project or anyother software related project because it simply need a Room+PC to complete a Project. If you don't know the MatLab coding try to get the MatLab project from the other university students (The Best Option)....

With no GAT, IELTS etc.My questions are.....

1) Am i eligible for this?
