Any one have anything to point out why this happens, then please let me know. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Not for all. Saudi Arabia is also good market but there are lot of visa and
job hunting problems. although UAE has no big IT/Telecom market but there
are multiple opportunities to get a job. Most important thing is you can
get Visit visa on economic rates and within a month you can get a job.
One more thing which I experienced in UAE and want to share with you all,
UAE job market is 95% similar to Pakistan. 3 things matters to get a good
job 1. Excellent extra ordinary skills, 2. Luck, 3. Reference. If you have
any of these so you can succeed in UAE.

Assalam O Alaikum

If you can start your career as a fresher and want to enter in the electrical field, provided that you have any help in UAE ( some relative or friend) then definitely try UAE .

But if you want to remain in Telecom market then better to Go to KSA as there is more opportunities in Telecom field.

Regards,

TaRiK
