I have been having a tremendous amount of problems with my dish for
weeks. I have an F1 dish, a NEW Hughes HN7000S Modem (which was
supposed to solve the problem.)

Web pages do not load well, some not at all. I am not fapped. I am not
much of a "techy" person, but in viewing my modem stats I an getting a
GREAT many failed transmissions. But I am able to send a receive email
(Thunderbird) with no problems.

Under modem stats: transmission this is what I am shown:
Transmit Status <http://192.168.0.1/fs/help/tx_status.html>

Transmitter ready. (TxCode 8) <http://192.168.0.1/fs/help/itust_8.html>
Number of Successful Transmissions

1955919
Number of Failed Transmissions

81195
Number of Packets Submitted for Transmission

1813150

Under Hughes Page: troubleshooting - I see this:

System Level Diagnostics
----------------------------------------------------------
Monitoring interval TUE SEP 04 04:21:05 2012 - TUE SEP 04 05:21:05 2012
Problem(s) Detected [*** - Triggering Statistic(s)] Uplink Queuing, RTT, DNS Acceleration[N]
Overall BAD
Transport BAD
PEP BAD
TurboPage MARGINAL
DNS BAD
VSAT Internal GOOD

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS OR HOW TO FIX THIS?
