I agree with Dr Tariq Mahmmod comments. We shall keep this forum for technical discussions. LUMS is a prestigious institute and the University Management is in best position to take the decision what so ever is good for the institution.

I don't think it is reasonable to discuss such issues on this forum. LUMS has made a decision and Hoodbhoy is fighting for it. It happens in other universities also. 

You will only invite different types of arguments, predictions, and conjunctures with no concrete output. Its best to keep this forum restricted to exchange of information and knowledge. Thanks.
