Re: [pakgrid] Exylent - National Robotics Workshop

Why does not the local Universities give something back to the local community? Why does not NUST and other large institutions offer instructional courses to local under privileged?
Faculty is pretty much asked to come in during the summer why not go a step further and ask them to teach some instructional courses or hands on training for say two weeks?
And this has to be for free. Why ? We the privileged (comparatively speaking) are supported by HEC? Why not give something back to the (ordinary citizen) tax payers.

Well perhaps they need to shortlist and by restricting it to the 70% plus may be fine in this case.

However, as a whole, we certainly do need to get away from this notion of A-toppers centered programs/focus.

Many of them are not that bright to put it plainly though some may be so.

What is the logic behind 70% minimum marks required to attend the class? Who says creativity starts from >= 70% of marks or hidden talent exist only in this select group?
