the prescribed forms along with attested copies of degrees, result cards,
transcripts and certificates. In case, degree has not been issued, a
certificate to that effect signed by the Controller of Examinations might
be accepted. In all cases, statement of experience must be supported by
certificates from the employers. Applicants for all the posts of
Engineering Faculty must attach valid certificate of PEC registration with
their applications. Applicant for all posts faculty of Pharmacy also must
attach valid certificate of Pharmacy Council. ****

*II.* Application forms can be had from the Deputy Registrar (Admin-I) by
hand or by mail by sending a large size *self-addressed envelop* with
Rs.25/- postage stamps. Forms will not be sent by post if an envelope as
indicated is not sent. In case, application forms are required by courier
service etc., a Bank draft of Rs.100/- in *favour of the Treasurer*,
Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan be sent. Application form can also be
