Please see the call for paper of a conference being organized by King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in Riyadh. At the same conference, KACST plans to announce the IC multi-project wafer services for the region. This is very promising for the IC design researchers in Pakistan as they will be able to get access to technologies without any restrictions.  

 

Please forward the CFP to interested colleagues at other institutes as well.
