| Dear Scholars May be HEC can not stop funding foreign education but I request you all to take admissions in local universities and research local problems. Foreign universities are selling simulation based research research degrees which do increase parrots in Pakistan not innovators. We have 99.99% PhDs electrical engineers who are in fact computer/telecom experts unable to teach core electrical power engineering subjects. Students contribute maximally during PhD research not after PhD. How many have developed systems after their PhD in UK or USA.
