[pakgrid] Partially funded IAESTE Internships Abroad: Pl feel free to share with all students

 

Dear All,

We�have received international internship opportunities for students at the�Undergradate�(Min 4 semesters completed),�MS�and�PhD�level�from�Japan, China, Vietnam, Austria, Belarus, Turkey, Iran, Norway, Thailand,�Oman and some other countries.�The internship duration varies from�two weeks to one year�and�all current students and recent graduates (within�six months) from any university of Pakistan are eligible to apply for these internships. Almost all major engineering disciplines i.e electrical, mechanical, chemical, material,�software, comp science,��Horticulture, civil engineering, GIS, Environment and some others�are covered including three internships in mathematics and two in medicine.�

The last date to apply for these opportunities is�15 Feb 2013.�

Following documents will be required by each person interested in availing the opportunities:�

• Motivation letter/personal statement
• updated CV
• Transcript
• letter of recommendation�
• certificate of registration from the university.�

This mail is intended to allow sufficient time to prospective applicants. An awareness seminar is planned on Friday, 1st�February�2013 at 10:00am in NUST SEECS Seminar Hall.�The seminar is open for all students, kindly register on the form below.�Pl note this seminar will be�free for IAESTE members�while�non-members will be required to pay Rs 500/=�for the seminar.�The membership procedure for IAESTE will also be explained in the seminar.�
