*Job Description*

1. Configuration, troubleshooting and *O&M of Access TXN nodes* (NEC,
RTN, NERA, Ericsson ML/HC Traffic Node etc.) preferably in multi-vendor
environment

1. Configuration, troubleshooting and *O&M of Core TXN nodes* (DXX, OMS,
etc) preferably in multi-vendor environment

1. Good knowledge in *Microwave network topology*

1. Good knowledge about *GSM Network operations and implementation*

1. Carryout *preventive/corrective BTS site maintenance* and all other
(daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual etc.) routines timely and record properly
on the respective forms. Can also perform callouts according to the schedule
for smooth operation of the network.

1. Provide *technical assistance to all support equipment* (Gensets, ACs,
Fire system etc.) & Site facilities Vendors.

1. *Basic knowledge* of radio frequency *optimization & performance in
GSM*.

1. *Good skills* in *troubleshooting of DC power systems* & hardware
replacement of AC/DC breakers, rectifier modules and SPDs (surge protection
devices) etc.

1. *Supervise link alignments*, technical & civil audits, media patching
etc.

1. Should have good communication skills, is an excellent team player and
able to *work independently in remote satellite locations* and to tight
time scales.

*Qualifications*

- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical /
Telecommunication / Electronics or equivalent.
- Min *3 year* of experience for Technicians in BSS/TXN Operation &
Maintenance / implementation / integration / support / testing environment.

The Network Support Engineer promotes the value of service excellence by
identifying network weaknesses and suggest preventive services.
With detailed customer networks knowledge and knowledge of customer
strategies the Engineer identifies business leads and promotes Ericsson
products and services to secure add on sales.

The Engineer enables efficient service delivery of contracted customer
support services.
· Maintaining good knowledge of the customers' operational and
business priorities
· Participate in delivery performance review meetings with the

· Together with other engineers in the team be single point of

Starting sallary is 20,000/= and after 1 year it will be 30,000/= and then forget...after 4 to 5 years you will get increase of 10,000/=

MTs get 20,000rs for 11 months contract.
After 11 months they are promoted to AMs with 30,000rs salary.

it all depends upon your life style but i feel it would be just enough, regarding halal food u will have to search for it as there are very limited places there for halal food, there are a few muslim restaurants in downtown Shenzhen but dat is of around 40 min drive from Huawei HQ. huawei HQ do have a muslim restaurant dat wud cost u around 20 RMB per meal per person, however if you eat out it would cost around 50-60 RMB per meal per person.
 
To me Halal food and Language and a non-muslim society may be the main concerns if u can cope up with it go ahead.

Regarding baghdad don't risk yourself only for money try someplace else. i am not in Baghdad i am in Kurdistan.
Even if i will get a offer for Baghdad i will not go, you can go there but before take a 6 months Arabic course from Berlitz or numl so no group can know that you are a Pakistani and also don't go outside stay where you work.

Unfortunately we have craze to go abroad but your life is more important than money specially for your family. Let me know the job location and i can also get you answer from my Iraqi colleague whose family is living in Baghdad.

Even the guys from iraq hesitate to work in Baghdad and other unsafe areas.

" The security is fine in Baghdad, but certainly not in Basra. However, fine security doesnt mean that its as safe as Makkah or Dubai. The offices are all in secure zone of Baghdad which has the airport inside, so basically you do not need to move outside the secure zone."

Another E/// Pakistani Tx guy told me that he had been to Baghdad, Mosul, Kirkuk(  very dangerous) and even Basra for installation purposes. I didnt get time to take his contact number, nor I remember his name now. But if you really wanna talk with someone in Iraq before going there, I can share some numbers of locals as well as some Pakistani guys.

2 months before i worked in Iraq  but at that time situation was better  and except Kurdistan,rest is hell.even the Green Zone is not safe,and if you dont know arabic its a big problem.Basra,Baghdad,Kirkuk,Mosul,Ramadi,Faluja etc are not favorable for work.

Fresh graduate engineers having potential to excel in a pure engineering
profession. The selected Trainee Engineers will be required to go through
extensive Management Trainee program and will be given exposure in all
functional areas in power generation. Upon successful completion of
