I tried all steps bellow, the problem continues.

I sent this issue to Huawei in China, maybe there the find a solution.

When (if) they answer, i post solution here.

Hi,

If u r using M2000 V2R9 with BSC6900 LMT then TRX Locked/Blocked alarm will appear on that particular cell and trx
confirm if alarm is appearing on TRX indx 2 or 3.
if ok then synchronize taht particular BSC in M2000 then check this in performance
if issue still there then move the site Abis port to some other it could be due to E1 issue

Hopefully it will be resolved

Hi Friends,
I'm having a problem with differences found between M2000 and BAM (BSC6900).

I have the following scenario.

At BSC, i have a cell with 3 TRX (index 1,2,3)
When i go to M2000 and to view Performance, everything is OK - it shows data for all 3 TRX.
Then I block, let's say, TRX index 2.

When i come back to M2000, and view Performance, it's not OK.
I find data for two TRX: but not TRX index 1 and 3 (as 2 is blocked); instead, i see Performance data for TRX 1 and 2 (blocked!). And for TRX index 3 - that was NOT blocked - i have no data!

Please share if you know what can be wrong.
