Post Doctoral Fellow Position
A post doctoral fellow position is open in the Data Mining and Machine Learning Lab of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The position is for one year with possibility of extension to multiple years according to the performance and the availability of the funding. The qualified candidate will perform a funded research project in the area of graph mining and graph data management systems. The goal of the project is to develop novel mining algorithms and data management systems for very large graphs such as social networks in high performance computing systems. The ideal candidate should have the following qualification and skills:
- A doctoral degree in computer science or any equivalent field.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, especially graphical models and graph mining algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming using Java and C++.
