Dear all
WHat i understood that
i) first i have attest my degrees from HEC and FO Pakistan. ( i have already Done it)
ii) To attest degress from Saudi embassy in Pakistan ? which letters i need from my sponsor?
iii)is there any need to get any job offer letter from my sponsor or salary letter?
iv)after getting stamp from Saudi Embassy , i need to register to saudi engineering council website and have to submit all ( degrees attested by HEC / FO /Saudi Embassy in Pak) and then i ll pay their fees ...

Note:Please confirm that only Engineering degrees are to be attested or College/ school also?

You need to proceed as below.

1.
Log on
to Saudi Engineering Council website and get yourself registered with complete
documents & personal details.

2.
You will
receive a sms with your code; once your documents are verified and found OK as
per their policies.

3.
You will
have to submit SR 1250 after that in order to get registration certificate from
Saudi Engineering council.

4.
In
parallel to above get necessary letters from your Sponsor, send them to Pakistan
and get your Engineering degree attested from HEC/FO/Saudi Embassy.

5.
After
Muharram, once Saudi Labor Ministry will release latest company credentials
with RED, YELLOW, GREEEN zones, you will be able to log your case for CHANGE OF
PROFESSION only through your Sponsor, charges are 1100 SR I guess.

Well you need letters from ur company in the name of Saudi embassy counselor requesting that they want ur degrees to be attested from embassy.
i dun think so u need any job offer letter or salary slip.
But one thing is sure u have to pass thorugh a loads ov shit during this whole process.

Thanks alot for your reply and clarification
I just talked with my sponsor..... He is asking for the format of letters which is to be attested by Saudi chamber on the name of Saudi culture and saudi embassy in Pakistan.

If you have any letter can u please send me scanned copy . i will highly appreciate your help in this regard.

Ans: Just tell your sponsor to give you two letters as mentioned below. you have to decide your location.1. Letter (stamped from Saudi Chamber of commerce) for Saudi Cultural Center in Islamabad or Karachi.
