No. Positions & JD
1. Project Manager– A relevant college degree professional, English speaking and writing, with a minimum of Five (5) years' experience in the same position and preferred to have several years' project experience in Saudi Arabia managing similar projects. Responsible for all the phases and disciplines of the project to include the design development, procurement, construction and commissioning to achieve smooth project implementation and acceptance.
2. Engineering Manager– A college degree professional with English speaking and writing skills, with a minimum of 5 (5) years' experience in the engineering management in communication project implementations. He will provide resolution of problems, coordinate with Design Engineers and will provide technical assistance and expertise for the successful completion of the WORK. Individual must be capable of conveying management decisions to the work environment and motivate, supervise, and direct engineering teams This individual will report to the Project Manager.
3. Interface Coordinator- Responsible for overseeing all interfaces between CONTRACTOR and related project Contractors. The Interface Coordinator shall be an experienced engineer that is familiar with all aspects of the WORK and is capable of developing equipment installation plans and conveying the plans to other organizations to achieve a smooth implementation. Individual is to converse directly with other Contractors to coordinate work activities.
4. Project Controls Manager/Supervisor – English speaking individual with a minimum of five years' experience. The Project Controls Supervisor should be familiar with telecommunications design/procurement/construction activities and Client Progress reporting procedures. Individual shall also coordinate and be responsible for interfacing with management personnel and maintain accurate status of all reporting activities.
5. Project Planner- English speaking individual with a minimum of five (5) years' experience, of which two (2) years have been in Saudi Arabia. The Scheduler should be familiar with telecommunications design/procurement/construction activities and CPM schedule preparation. Individual shall also coordinate and be responsible for interfacing with management personnel and maintain accurate status of all scheduled activities
6. Materials Procurement Manager- An English speaking Saudi Arabian national capable of initiating and supervising material procurement activities, including material follow-up, material tracking, and storage, provision of all necessary material clearance and delivery certifications, material transportation to WORK Sites, design/equipment documentations, material accountability, and spare parts packages as well as coordinating procurement activities with CONTRACTOR Procurement Manager. This individual shall have a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.
7. Construction Manager - Site– English speaking individual with a minimum of five years' experience in construction implementation in Saudi Arabia with similar work. Responsible to implement equipment construction/installation, test, and hand-over. Individual reports to the Project Manager. Individual must be capable of conveying management decisions to the work environment and motivate, supervise, and direct installation/ test teams.
8. Quality Assurance Manager:He shall have a university degree or equivalent and a total of seven years inspection experience or a high school diploma with a total of ten (10) years inspection experience. As minimum, he shall have five (5) years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).
9. Quality Control Engineer:He shall have a university degree or equivalent and a total of seven (7) years inspection experience or a high school diploma with a total of ten years inspection experience. As minimum, he shall have three (3) years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).
10. Procurement Quality Control Supervisor:Shall have a university degree or equivalent and seven (5) years inspection experience or a high school diploma with ten years inspection experience with a minimum of three (3) years directly relating to supervision of vendor inspection activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication)
12. Lead Outside Plant Engineer- This individual must have a minimum of seven (5) years relevant experience in Outside Plant Design/Construction. Must have work experience on Large commercial projects. A College degreed professional with English speaking and writing skills. This individual must be a BICSI (OSP or RCDD) certified designer or equivalent. Have the ability to track, prioritize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of telecommunications industry; knowledge of accepted engineering practices. Individual must have the ability to understand the various levels of customer requirements and offer network solutions.
13. Lead Data Network Engineer-. English speaking and writing employee. Must be an expert-level in the architecting Enterprise Data Network solutions. He will be responsible to design, implement, document, and commission Campus LAN/WAN, Must have a minimum of seven (5) years relevant hands on experience in Core/Distribution/Access switches configurations, network traffic engineering, high availability,
14. Lead Telephone Engineer (IP Telephony/UC)– English speaking and writing employee experienced with the IP Telephony, Unified Communications, PABX, Telephone/Hotline System, VoIP, and Soft phone implementations. Equipment standard design, installation, testing, and commissioning. Must be at least be with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
15. Lead Conferencing & Alerting Engineer– English speaking and writing employee with Audio Conferencing & Alerting Systems experience in implementations, Equipment standard design, installation, testing, and commissioning. Must be at least be with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
16. Lead VC Engineer– English speaking and writing employee with Video Conferencing Systems experience in implementations, Equipment standard design, installation, testing, and commissioning. Must be at least be with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
17. Drafting Supervisor– An English speaking individual to provide drafting support through the completion of the WORK, with minimum of two (2) years experience in CADD (Computer Aided Drafting and Design) with Microstation SE software application.
