Brother I am working in Chad, my company is starting an ISP here. I have to design for a small city around four sites. As starting point I need some info. 

What is antenna height for WiMAX?
How much can we cover with commonly used antennas?
Antenna type commonly used (Omni or spectral Antenna)?

I need some starting point, Kindly see if you can help.

I have received a call letter from NDC for written test for the position of Assistant Manager(IT/Telecom)to be held on 28th DEC.What kind of test will they arrange(MCQs or Subjective test) and whether the test will be based upon only telecom subjects or also general knowledge will be tested.Also what should i prepare for the test.

Lead Consultant Fibre + WiMAx – Sierra Leone
On behalf of our client, a major and fast growing Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for one Lead Consultant Fibre & WiMAx to join the team ASAP for a contract role. You will be based in Sierra Leone. 
 
Responsibilities: 
·         Detailed Feasibility Study and Technical Assistance for Infrastructure Design and Development of a National Fiber Optic Backbone and Access Network in Sierra Leone.
 
·         The proposed assignment will avail Sierra Leone the opportunity to implement the national component of the ECOWAN program including the design, development and deployment of 660 km fiber optic links and a WiMAX access network in Freetown Sierra Leone.
 
·         The above components will improve network infrastructure in Sierra Leone and enable the country to link with its neighbors as part of the ECOWAS Regional Backbone.
Qualifications: 
·         The Lead consultant shall possess a Masters Degree in Telecommunications or ICT related field with at least 10 years experience in infrastructure development in the ICT sector, 5 years of which would have been in fiber optic backbone development, implementation and operation. 
·         Experienced on telecom backbone development.
·         Highlight participation in at least 2 ICT related projects, especially fiber optic development in the last 5 years.
·         Proven experience on fiber optic development, WIMAX deployment, spectrum management, and price regulation and competition issue.
·         Previous experience in terrestrial fiber optic projects is key for the success of this assignment. 
·         Experience working in developing countries in general and in Africa in particular is a plus.
·         Consultants with prior experience in Sierra Leone or neighboring countries would have an advantage. Any international Consultant is encouraged to associate with a local partner.
·         MBA Degree or related degree and experience in working in similar projects in the region would be an added advantage.
·         Experience in Sierra Leone or neighbor countries
·         Fluent English & French language
