A way to schedule Windows Updates so they occur during FAP-Free hours was posted a few months ago here: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r26045675-Maybe-a-way-to-schedule-Windows-Update-downloads

It uses the Group Policy Editor, which is not available on Home versions of Windows.
