Last year we receive this email from our very respected group members. I think we also should share with each other what relevant goals we set for 2011 and how much we have successfully acheived so far.
If we are unable to acheive them then what are the major and critical Root Causes to be taken care in 2012.
Hopefully this activity should help us to know how this platform could better utilized for helping in getting rid of highlighted root cases.
