one of my friend Gave interview there. he was asked about basic questions but he didn't have experience of juniper. what you say till when they can tell about selection or rejection. coz he was also asked to submit documents anytime there.

Dear Owais, In 2010 when i gave interview at IBM as Networks engineer they asked me questions about VPNs both site to site and remove access ,their configuration parameters,GRE tunneling,please keep in mind IBM has deployed Juniper solution for their network so they will defiantly demand your work experience on juniper devices.Major areas to be covered must be Route ,switch and security.Eliminate EIGRP because it is cisco propritor.And Please DONOT FORGET TO SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH ME.

Help || HSDPA Call setup Success rate

Hello Experts,

Since my knowledge on 3G is limitedm I have two queries.

1) What is the RRC connection type for HSDPA?
2) Can you guys share the formula for Call Setup Success Rate (HSDPA)?

In general, Call Setup Success Rate for any QoS type can be calculates as:

CSSR = RRC Setup success rate x RAB Setup success rate

is that so?
