Conspiracy theories are inherently meant to show alternatives to beliefs held commonly by masses. However some theorists just transgress the limits of their imagination and take it too far beyond the real universe.
Saying this without an evidence,proof or a concrete reason, I think it would be unwise to deny or accept the point of view originally presented.

Having known friends with epileptic conditions and remained in consultation with neurologists, a condition like what Arfa went through can happen any time to someone with Brain clots/tumors/epilepsy. Surgery is too dangerous an option(nerve damage) and usually, doctors try to control the condition with medications till they pretty much loose control on the growths in Brain when a surgery becomes inevitable. A simple look out on her medical files by a neurologist/neuro-surgeon would clear this theory!
