FORUM ON NUCLEAR ENERGY AS AN OPTION FOR MALAYSIA
THURSDAY, 16TH FEBRUARY 2012
 
 
On behalf of the United Nations Association Malaysia (UNAM), and in collaboration with the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR), Association of Former Malaysian Ambassadors (AFMA) and Malaysian Physicians for Social Responsibility, I wish to inform you that we will be organizing a Forum on Nuclear Energy as an option for Malaysia .  Details of the Forum are as stated below:-
 
Date               :           Thursday, 16 February 2012   
Time              :           8.30am – 5.00 pm
Venue            :           IDFR, Jalan Wisma Putra, Kuala Lumpur
 
 
The Forum is mainly aimed to inform the public and others on all issues pertaining to the application of nuclear energy, in particular, affecting Malaysia and the region if not the world at large.  The Forum is expected to put forth views and opinions, for and against, the usage of nuclear energy and all its ramifications.  Whether the use of nuclear energy is a viable option needs to be expressed.
 
In this regard, I am pleased to invite you to attend the above mentioned Forum and we hope to receive a favorable reply from you by 10th February 2012 on your attendance.
