I hope since its an article from newspaper then they would have done a lot more research than what i can say, perhaps what i can witness here in Sweden is that the records from last 250 years have been broken in terms of reduced cold.
The local newspaper claims that this winter is the warmest winter in last 250 years.
What i personally believe is that , the weather conditions are getting unpredictable due to the pole shift phenomenon during 2008-2015 also known as the 2012 myth.
You might have also heard that it has snowed in the last decade in Dubai which is a originally a desert.
On the contrary the fact is that Artic is melting, and we are generating carbon at a very high rate by burning fuel.
