as u have allready pre requisites for CCNP security so it will be better to go for CCNP security first ..

as CISA concerned its information security audit side and there is no pre requisite for it.

so u can do it at any time...

If you are a fresh graduate or you are at entry level of your career, then you should go for CCNP. You can also go for CCIP which has more demand in telecom operators and vendors as it focuses on Advanced Routing and as well as MPLS. 

CISA is for Audit of Information Systems. It is a real high weight certification on your resume. The certification exam for CISA is held only two times in a year. You can give exam before you get certification. You have to apply then for certificate within 5 years after passing CISA exam. Your have to provide a proof of at least 3 years of information security or Audit experience. This certification is good for someone already in Auditing and wants to further grow his career by entering in the audit of Information systems.

Another good certification is CISSP. There are around 12 knowledge domains in CISSP. To get a certification, you need to pass exam and show 4 years of experience in any 2 knowledge domains of CISSP.

Client is looking for someone with Managed Service experience and NOC
Movement experience from one country to another.

It is fixed term contract position with one of the largest telecom vendor.

Please find below the job description:

*Job Summary*: The incumbent is mainly responsible for ensure that the
Networking system (front office and back office) runs efficiently without
interruption and that the systems and technology used are constantly
upgraded to remain.

*Responsibilities*:

� Work within the operating center to fulfill the targets for the
undertaking and meet customer's expectations
� Design and dimension the NOC solution both for mobile and fixed network
operators
� The designing effort will include:
� In depth analysis of the AS-IS or current operator NOC situation
highlighting the costs, the processes, the workforce, the tools and any

� Ensure the interface with other department, supporting them to share

*Experiences & Qualifications*:

� Good academic background with a university degree or equivalent
qualification in Information technology, Telecommunication engineering,
Information Technology, Electronics or similar.
� 5-10 years experience in Network Operation Center Operation as Front
Office Supervisor or other management positions in the NOC structure.
� The experience could be both in operators delivering the NOC service or
in vendors delivering outsourcing projects to European customers.
� Excellent technical abilities, marked problem solving, ability to work
under pressure.
� Excellent problem solving skills, good interpersonal communication
skills, team leadership.
� Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well
