*Job Responsibilities *

The job responsibilities will include managing and leading the Developers
in Lahore technically and coordinating with the customer in UK & USA. The
role of the Project Manager will be to plan, execute, and finalize projects
according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring
resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party
contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee
quality control throughout its life cycle. He will look at all the aspects
of Service delivery, analysis and requirement specification. Following
requirements are a must:

1. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business
goals in
2. Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and
stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
4. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project
goals.
5. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
6. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate
tools.
7. Track project milestones and deliverables.
8. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements
documentation and presentations.
9. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the
project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
10. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the
success of the project.
11. Involvement in the design and code review.
12. Responsible for conducting research on new tools, technologies,
domains, design and architecture practices.

*Skills Required *

Minimum 8 years of IT experience out of which at least 2 years in leading
and managing big projects with the technical background in multiple
technologies

· Minimum 8 to 10 years of IT experience out of which at least 2
years in leading and managing big projects with the technical background of
.Net / Java technologies

• English verbal and written (MUST BE EXCELLENT)

• Must have dealt with foreign customers directly in the past

• Knowledge of project management tools & techniques and practical
aspects of project management

• Proven experience in project estimation and detailed planning

• Proficient in project management software

• Experience in managing the project within timeline and budget.

*Note*: The candidate MUST have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills and candidate fluent in spoken and written English would be
preferred.
