Reactivation from supension problems

I'm doing my home set up of my system for the first time after coming off of
suspension so i can it out to the MH for summer travel. It's always a
painful process for me and the issues I run into seem to vary each year!!
Questions:
1. I presume registration installer is required again for this... is that
correct?
2. I on G16 and the modem set has me assigned to the 990 transponder. I am
having very marignal cros poll test results and my ACP red flag pops up and
also code xmt code 21 things stop. I seem to recall many months back post
about Hughes changing some thing aroudn. Is the 990 transponder the best
transponder to set up on or does it make no difference?
3. what is the link to the text file for entering current sat assignements
in the modem? Last time I did mine was last year.
4. A hour ago I made it to a good handshake with the stat systme and was to
go into the service but it asked me for a certifcate to enter in IE to allow
me to go further. This is new ground to me... what should I have to add the
the certificate directory in IE8? I cam across a way to browse for one to a
folder and import so I am thinking I can simply put Hughes.net in a text
file and import from that. Am I on the right track?

If you can get a good signal and cross pol with your default parameters, you
may not need to do registration installer.
2. I on G16 and the modem set has me assigned to the 990 transponder. I am
having very marignal cros poll test results and my ACP red flag pops up and

Are you getting any "Pass" indications for cross-pol? Have you tried
adjusting skew to improve those numbers?
3. what is the link to the text file for entering current sat assignements
in the modem? Last time I did mine was last year.
The new config file is on this page:
http://www.rovinginternet.com/ Downloads. php
4. A hour ago I made it to a good handshake with the stat systme and was to
go into the service but it asked me for a certifcate to enter in IE to allow

If you got that far, you must have passed cross-pol.
When going through registration-installer, it will always give you a warning
about an expired certificate. Don't worry about it, you're only connected to
the Hughesnet registration servers. Just tell it that it's OK and move on.

Thanks Terry....
I finally got it to come up ten minutes ago. I did skew to improve the cross
pol but the CP test was very erratic... pass-fail-pass-fail-pass. Apparently
the
registration installer saw one of the passes that cropped up and then went
back to fail and went on with registration. The ACP red flag and xmt code
kept coming on stopping things. Now it is holding I assume but I have no
idea yet what it the results are.
That certificate thing I finally ignored the instructions on the web page
after
noting the gray bar at the top of the screen and selecting allow which
solved that problem. I've not ran into that much at all on home use of my
Fios system.
Terry, I thought the $79 Hughes plan was for 400 mb but this new VAR
says it's only 350 mb. What has happened to cause it to change?

Don't go by what they tell you, go by what it is. The modem has that information directly available from its main page (and you can also use hnFAPalert).
Should be 425MB, used to be 375MB, neither agree with what you were told or thought.

Program for hearing ss & CP results

I had to rebuild my computer over the weekend and kept DSat Tools in y
archives along with the FAp counter. For some reason I didn't have that
program that llows you to hear the SS & CP results on your computer when
setting up.
What is it called and where is it so I can download it again?

Go to the same Setup page that has the "registration - installer" option,
but take the option near the bottom, to upload the config file.
Then, navigate to where you saved the file and click upload.
It takes only a few seconds.
