| Position: Junior research assistant Grade: Entry level to 1 year experience Starting Salary: 25-30,000 pm Placement: CoNNekT Lab, NUST CoNNekT Lab is looking for dynamic individuals who can be part a of highly skilled Wireless Hardware Development team, working on the design and development of state of the art solutions for high stress environments.Successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of designing, development and testing phases of a hardware Design for wireless networks operating in underground environments. Experience in RF , Analog and Digital Design is required. One year experience post graduation is desirable. Fresh candidates can also apply. Qualifications: BE or BS ( Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering )
Skills required : Analog and Digital Schematic design Familiar with RF PCB design Programming skills in C and Assembly Good spoken and written communication skills
Experience: 1-year experience in HW design , debugging and testing 1-year experience in embedded programming of TI or PIC microcontrollers 1-year experience in HW development documentation
Desirable : Preferably exposure to wireless HW design and wireless networking tools.
