Yesterday, about 4 PM Mountain time I ended up using my bandwidth allocation
and was FAP'd. My FAP alert reading is zero.
Will reset automatically and when can I expect to get my bandwidth back and
see the FAP Alert reflect
that?

They will hold you at zero for roughly 24 hours. Supposed to be exactly 24 hours, but there is some variance. When it comes back, you will have a full allowance.
If you are a Hughes-direct customer you can use a restore token to get out immediately. VAR customers can't do that.
Even in FAP, the night 5 hours are still wide-open for you.

I am having a very tough time getting my photos to upload. Everything
looks fine (not fapped - I have a full bucket), but each photo is about
4 MB in size. I was getting them uploaded, slowly, a few days ago, but
now I just get "timed-out". Is it me or is it the website I am
uploading them to?
