The easiest way to enter in telecom sector is to start internship in any
subcon either paid or unpaid. In the period of internship hopefully you
will find better opportunities.

simply check the KPI of that specific site SDCCH congestion or TCH congestion, check call blocking rate. The KPI are produced same for this Huawei BTS like other 3900, 3012 BTS.
