When you dont have any references ..... think out of the box ..

I will suggest , ready yourself to any Engineering job broaden it to even IT Dept because getting an internship in telecom is also not easy unless you have some reference comes out of in. May be Allah knows you would done outstanding outside telecom sector as each and everyone couldn't have the telecom oppurtunity.

Otherwise..

Do the Certifications like CCNA ,CCNP, Microsoft etc. and keep trying and trying.

Dear Friends,
I will not add any critical comments any more on job in telecom sector but want to say please ever in life if any one of you got the position where you are required to hire or recruit for these jobs then try to be honest because to comment on it is more easier but it can be removed only when one of us will remove it and that will be start of another hope and people of coming generation will have time to build on this nation because they will not have time that much free time as we have.
