 Guyz

I was going through your discussion and would like to share some useful points. Firstly, we all know reference now counts everywhere you go,UK, Dubai, Saudia, not limited to Pakistan. Secondly, in start you have to sacrifice for atleast 3 years, being a fresh. Moreover, the job market is saturated as no more telecom jobs are in pakistan and every university is having a telecom degree, even guyz doing BCS enrolled them in telecom sector, even Electrical Engineering. Every 6 months mini of 50 persons per university is graduated then how could we believe and say such.

But I believe all you saying is true and more is " TRUST IN ALLAH and have FAITH, never loose hope, get internship, low salary job offered, don't go for more and more money else there are many in a que.

Regards
Rehan

Dear Rizwan,

This group has only informed you about the pre-entry situation but you are unaware about the dilemma ie. post-entry situations. The post-entry issues nowadays are:

* At least 1 year contract(In some cases 15-18 months contract) with penalty.
* Only 10,000 to 20,000 PKR salary, remember that no minimum annual increment offered in the contract.
* No other commitment during job i.e further study or another job etc.
Arguments to above.
* Why a definite time period contract, if a company offers good salary, service structure and benefits one never leaves for 2K or 5K.
* The salary offered is ......, even one can make more than this by doing any other job.
* With issue of low salary and with 16 years of education, it compels anyone to look here and there for any other opportunity.

Nowadays, managers are only busy for making difficult contracts for their fresh employees(even they don't have even exercise any of them in their entire life and their history is full of job switching) just copying the contracts of developed countries and exercising them in Pakistan.

I trust that above is true picture and there is no need to complain which we have to face on every step of life.

If you can move, please don't waste a second to grab the opportunity.

And last but not the least, after your contract period (15-18 months) is complete and if you ask for an increment your company will not waste any second to sack you, because there are endless freshers waiting.

Regards,

Anees Ahmad

Hi Noman,

I think you are asking about MCS9 and you can search it on google.
Regarding TRX supported by one E1,using concentration factor of 2(1TS can support signalling for 2 TRX).
Ignoring abis optimization techniques,12 TRX.Each TRX requires 2 TS of 64 K on Abis (each traffic channel requires 16K and there are 8 such channels per TRX;16K*8=128/64=2 TS on E1).+6 TS for 12 TRX reserved for signalling makes total TS=12*2=24+6=30 TS and there are32 TS on E1.

Regards
Zain
