Hi, dont know about any site offering conversion services, however, you can use Adobe Acrobat Professional to convert the doc into PostScript.  For MS word 2007/10 you can use free add-in from Microsoft to convert.  Btw while printing the document, select print to file option and the print utility shall save the doc in PostScript format.
