I'm on 89W 1170 V/H and I'm only seeing a slow down every morning between 8 and 9 A.M.  for the past two weeks.  The rest of the day is just fine.  I don't know what other frequency are doing on 89W.

I guess I'll jump in and try to answer your location..

There are many factors that must be considered before anyone could recommend to you the "best provider for the money"...
(1) How much do you want to spend, what is your budget?
(2) Do you NEED internet connectivity all the time, 24 x 7? Notice NEED versus WANT.
(3) What do you use the internet for? For a home business? For teaching? Web site maintainence? Download streaming video, like Netflix or YouTube? Check email?
(4) You are a fulltimer, but where do you spend the most of your time, East Coast, West Coast, etc.?
(5) What is your preferred camping - isolated BLM land, RV Resorts, full hookup campgrounds?
(6) Are you "digitally", or technically, sound?

If you are in one location most of the time you could not do better than
FIOS, Cable or DSL at that location. Both wireless internet cards and
satellite internet pale in comparison. I'll leave someone more
experienced to answer the on the move question but we personally use an
ATT 3g card.
