       i think you have to give GRE test. it is not GAT.and according to my information (not sure) its fee is more than 24000 rupess

for HEC scholarships GRE is not required unless its requirement for selected university(most USA universities ask for GRE ). GAT is enough.

* Highly numerate, demonstrating an analytical approach to all tasks, able to extract meaningful and valid results from large quantities of data.
* Must be confident working under own initiative, whilst being supportive to other members of the team and departments both internal and external.
* Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to influence, coach and advise on performance management issues across various levels of management, including ATS, incident management and Operational Delivery.
* Uses initiative to review working practises to ensure continued evolution.
* Works well under pressure and deliver in a timely manner.
* Must work well on their own and within a team or extended team

Responsibilities
 
       3G Cluster Optimisation
* To lead cluster optimisation from site integration to final sign off using performance KPI's, To produce & deliver radio plans/Nbr plans based on statistical and drive data. He will  expected to co-ordinate field teams with regards the collection of drive test data and field teams implementing the recommendations from the cluster analysis.
* Radio planning support to UMTS / GPRS / 2G  optimisation.
 
2 G Optimisation
 
* Responsibility for the quality of the 3G network performance.  Ensuring that the current performance measures and congestion targets are met.  To produce radio optimisation plans to achieve quality targets for area of ownership.
* Responsible for the delivery of the quality element to the 3G Area Plan & Specifically Area KPI's
* Responsible for the quality of production Nbr plans and ensuring timely delivery.  Communication with vendors and other areas/regions to ensure seem less integration of plans. that allow network expansion whilst minimising the impact on radio network of but do not degrade the quality. of the radio network. To assist in the production of wide area retune plans.
* To delivery of a high quality 2G network with limited amount of discrepancies between the network and planning tools. Will liaise with other teams and departments to manage the timely delivery of data-build against objectives Deliver accurate IPD data build plans which minimise discrepancies, to improve the network
* If required to produce 3G new site data build to meet rollout & quality targets.
      
       Other responsibilities
 
* Expert in the use of all Radio Engineering related planning tools. To be fully competent in the use of the current suite of O2 radio planning tools.
* Fully conversant with and able to write processes and procedures across the Radio and implementation work streams.  Work with the process improvement team towards the continuous improvement of processes. the current key business processes relevant to the role.
* Amdocs Management, High Level responsible for management of the Radio network performance in-boxes on a daily basis.  Management of all SLA's to ensure that cases are progressed and escalated to achieve effective performance Take such actions as necessary to ensure that regional Amdocs cases are resolved within Service Level Agreements

* Management of the Radio Engineering Team on content and style of customer service. Adopt a customer centric approach to work
* Uses different leadership styles to gain the hearts and minds of others to deliver. Co-operate as team to deliver customer benefits

3 x RAN Support  Senior Radio Engineer (Yate, Manchester, Hatfield)
 
Scope
Reporting to the Regional Support Manager RAN Services, the role holder will be required to provide leadership and technical support within RAN support team.
The RAN Support Engineer (Senior) will be responsible for end to end ownership of problem management into and out of the team, configuration management and data build. To fully support the Regional Network Support Manager RAN Services
the role holder will be required to provide a single (team) point of contact into the Regional Team for all RAN related Performance alarms as indicated in CIC or other notifications.
The RAN support engineer will be responsible for the identification and management of RAN associated issues during their normal working pattern.
 
Responsibilities
 
* Reactively manage Network Performance via notifications,
* Produce daily and or weekly reports highlighting trends as well as possible network issues
* Provide first line support and fix of all performance related alarms which may require additional support from third parties to progress the issue to resolution.
