The most common version of PCM enables one voice circuit to be represented by a 64Kbps stream. Other versions of PCM exist such as (Adaptive Differential PCM) which enables lower bit rates to be achieved.)

Hi,

It's very easy to 'update' any tool, like TEMS.

All you have to do is 'write' the desired files, in desired format.

You can use Access with VBA, or Excel with VBA, or any programming tool - all create text files and write to it.

We call this modules as 'Hunter Updater'.
Here is an example where we save Network Physical AND Configuration Parameters as Mapinfo Files.
http://www.telecomhall.com/hunter-updater-mapinfo-network-cells-mapbasic-tool.aspx

I can publish a tutorial for Hunter Updater - TEMS, if you need. But it's available to Hunter Users.

BR,
Leo
