Skill Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Software Testing and Quality assurance.
• Experience of Managing Test Plan, Test Cases and reporting Bugs on Team Foundation server.
• Experience of performing Software Testing of Silverlight , WPF and .Net applications.
• Experience of Visual Studio Test Manager to manage the test results.
• Adequate knowledge of Load Testing/Stress Testing using Visual Studio Test Tools.
• Strong knowledge of software metrics, process performance/capability baseline and statistical technique
• Ability to define Complex Functional and Usability Test Cases.
• Should have ability to work with the team for analysis, process management and to identify problems and reduce the communication gap.
• Self Motivated and Good Communication Skills.
Minimum Skills Required:
• Fresh or one year experience of Software Testing
• 4-Year Bachelor or 2-year Master Degree in Computer Science from a Leading University
• Very good Interpersonal Skills
