Wa alakum assalam,
Dear Talha,
Please note that BZU is not offering MS in Telecom engg. the course which you referred to is MSTS i.e. MS in telecommunication Systems. I have personally taught over there so you are left with the only option of CASE Islamabad. I would strongly recommend CASE even if BZU would offer MS Engg. so you can safely opt for it.
Regards,
Muhammad Shahzad

I have decided to start my MS. BZU is offering MS Telecom System Engineering under Computer Science Dept. CASE is offering MS Electrical Engineering under EE department. Your views and opinions will be a great help for me.
