FAP increase

Hughes has been implementing a FAP increase to 9000 users over the past month (additional 50MB per day).
Most 7000 users are reporting that the increase hit them this morning.
It is visible in the modem's FAP page and when using hnFAPAlert.
Next up (just a rumor, but nobody is denying) will be FAP rollover of unused bytes up to a total of several days worth.
I'm going to have to do something with hnFAPAlert to deal with the lack of a fourth digit!
