Global Scholarship Program at the Seoul National University (GSP-SNU
Program) for receiving the Master of Sciences Degree. This program is
oriented toward brilliant students majoring in computer science,
engineering, physics, and mathematics.

The GSP-SNU Program is meant for students willing to receive the Master of
Sciences Degree in Computer Science and Electronics Engineering. The
education is conducted for 2 years at The Faculty of Electrical Engineering
and Computer Science of the Seoul National University.

The Faculty of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering has six
departments:

1. *Information, Telecommunication, and Radio Science*
2. *Control, Instrumentation, and Automation*
3. Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits

Dear Minhal,

This really is sad story that in Pakistan we have very talented people like you and they are being underestimated. Thats why people are going abroad to search for jobs. I am in the telecom field (RF) since more than 3 years and I have observed that the only thing which matters in telecom is experience or source. If you don't have experience then you have to make use of a resource to find an internship.

I would suggest you to get CCNA certification, after that CCNP because its more related to your field.

thank you very much for your response.

Yes you are right that the subjects for Software Engineering are much more advanced and hence one should have good command over its basics. I have not yet worked in a software house but I do have good programming skills thanks to my interest in programming. Any way I am thinking that I should go for Computer Engineering.At least it is much more relevant to my degree.
The question I wanted to ask is that if Computer Engineering can provide me a good opportunity within the Telecom Engineering Scope.
