Salary:               30-40K depending upon experience

Experience:       1 to 3 years
Qualification:  

BS/MS in Computer Sciences/Software Engineering

Skills Required:

• Deep knowledge of the .NET 2.0/3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008/2010, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services
• Experience in developing windows, web and databases applications
• Extensive experience in ADO.Net(Datasets, DataReaders)
• Sound knowledge of AJAX and Javascript
• Knowledge of developing multi-threading applications
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices and design patterns.
• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Extensive experience in SQL Server or MySQL, writing complex queries, stored procedures and functions. Working experience of implementing indexes and cursors and normalization techniques.
• Familiarization with query optimization techniques
• Experience with JQuery or similar technologies.
• Strong OOP, OOD and UML concepts
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
• Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.
