Wa alaikum salam,
If you are a beginner, I would suggest to explore CST Microwave Studio (MWS) instead. Its license is cheaper than that of HFSS, and it is much easier to use. In terms of accuracy, both are almost identical. Drawing in CST MWS is very convenient compared with that i HFSS. It comes with frequency and time domain solvers. HFSS is frequency domain only, which takes long simulation time if you need to simulate over a broadband frequency range. A quick browsing of internet may help you find detailed comparsions of the two. Good luck!
