Hello well i also installed Vmware Workstation 8.0 few days ago
and installed win 7 and win xp on virtual machine. And i am using windows xp
operating system. And after installing both operating systems on virtual
machine when i log in to them Vmware automatically installed VmWare tools for
win 7 and winxp. So I don't do anything it installed drivers automatically
basically it automatically creates virtual things for your system like RAM,
hard disk and VmWare Adapter ( which is needed for internet.

Check whether you have VMware Adapter installed and enabled
aswell. Go to your Network Connections for this.

QPSK , is used in CDMA 2000 /1X on Um interface
GMSK (Gaussian Minimum Shift Keying) , used in GSM Networks
128 QAM is  normally used in Microwave Point--Point Links

The Latest trend is AMC (Adaptive Modulation Scheme) , used in WiMax (802.16e) in which the modulation scheme varies from 64 QAM to BPSK , depending upon Channel variations   ,Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR)

Hi Usman
In Telecom , Modulation schemes are being used for Transmission.

ModulationThe shaping of a signal to convey information is known as modulation. Modulation can be used to represent a digital message as an analog waveform. This is commonly called "keying" a term derived from the older use of Morse Code in telecommunications and several keying techniques exist (these include phase-shift keying, frequency-shift keying, and amplitude-shift keying). The "Bluetooth" system, for example, uses phase-shift keying to exchange information between various devices.[29][30] In addition, there are combinations of phase-shift keying and amplitude-shift keying which is called (in the jargon of the field) "quadrature amplitude modulation" (QAM) that are used in high-capacity digital radio communication systems.Modulation can also be used to transmit the information of low-frequency analog signals at higher frequencies. This is helpful because low-frequency analog signals cannot be effectively transmitted over free space. Hence the information from a low-frequency analog signal must be impressed into a higher-frequency signal (known as the "carrier wave") before transmission. There are several different modulation schemes available to achieve this [two of the most basic being amplitude modulation (AM) and frequency modulation (FM)]. An example of this process is a disc jockey's voice being impressed into a 96 MHz carrier wave using frequency modulation (the voice would then be received on a radio as the channel "96 FM").[31] In addition, modulation has the advantage of being about to use frequency division multiplexing (FDM).

Good afternoon,

I am currently managing 2 related vacancies, both in South West London.

One is for a Network Consultant & Solutions Architect.

The other is for a Network Consultant & Pre-Sales Engineer.

I have included details of the 2 job descriptions below. If, however, this is not what you are looking for, or the location is unsuitable, then I am sorry to inconvenience you aswe are not able to ascertain incomes, expectations and current specific addresses.

If you are interested. in order to progress your CV further we require you to fully complete the attached Candidate Application Form (CAF) and then attach your CV to the CAF and return it to us as an 'attachment' – and not as part of the email. It MUST stay in Word Doc format and NO other format e.g. Apps or PDF so that we can progress your CV through our computer system.

Apps on SkyDrive are the latest format a lot of candidates are attempting to use – but the access and formatting simply does not suit our program and enable us to progress your CV. So definitely NO apps, because it means your CV may not be progressed and it would shame to miss out on the job opportunity.

Please state on the CAF which position you are applying for.

Also please ensure your CV is in a basic and simple Word Doc format i.e. definitely no headers or footers, colours, photos, logos, elaborate designs or artwork. This is for the benefit of the client reading your CV and to maximise your impact and opportunity.

I will contact you if your experience meets my Client's criteria, to discuss the role in more detail and before your application is sent to my Client for consideration.

If you feel that the position may not meet your current skills and experience, please do not hesitate to pass it to a colleague or associate who you feel may be interested in it.

Kind regards
David
