Sorry for using this forum as a job post but I know of several friends on this forum who could be of help. Besides, experience has shown that advertisement and job portals are not the most effective channels for getting senior persons. NorthWest General Hospital (NWGH) in Peshawar is looking for a person to head their IT operations and give them a plan for the future. NWGH has maintained international standards of service and is going to expand into a teaching hospital for nursing as well as medicine. They have developed an in-house application in .NET and are in the process of adding new features to the HMIS. They are strong financial group and would give a competitive package commensurate with the qualifications of the incumbent. The official working language is Urdu and English and thus Pushto is not a requirement. The incumbent would report directly to the CEO.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: BS Computer Science or EE. Experience and Skills: Total IT Experience of 10 years or more (more experience and maturity would be a plus.) At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing a team of IT professionals in a software development environment. Thorough knowledge of programming and software development methodology. Working knowledge of hardware, networking, servers, computing environment, security, and operations. Soft skills: build and manage a team and to interact with user groups and executives effectively.
