This event provides a unique forum to discuss novel approaches and state of the art findings in Electronics, Communications and Photonics. Researchers and practitioners in technologies, applications and design areas of the aforementioned fields are welcome to participate and discuss their innovations, ideas and present their latest findings. This conference is the second of a series of conferences organized by King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST).

PAPER SUBMISSION
To present their work at the conference, authors are invited to submit a full paper limited to six pages including figures and references in the standard IEEE conference double-column format. Each submission should include: title, full name and affiliation of all authors, an abstract of 150 words, and keywords. It should also identify a contact author and include a complete correspondence address, phone number, fax number and E-mail address. All submissions must be made electronically in PDF format through the SIECPC website(http://www.kacst-siecpc.org/2013/en/indexen.html)
