RE: [pakgrid] European Journal of Scientific Research [Review Required]

Dear Researchers,

Kindly filter out these types of Journals which are "Money Making" Journals.  If you see its ISSN on JCR Masterlist at the attached link

http://ip-science.thomsonreuters.com/cgi-bin/jrnlst/jlresults.cgi?PC=MASTER&ISSN=1450-216X

You find that its Coverage is "Zoological Records".  These journals have conflict with HEC policy. There are many journals of these types and HEC is taking action against them.  With reference to current Approved Journal Policy only "Relevant Area" Journals will be considered for PhD Completion and Academics.  Please do not go for Short Cut Approach, you will be ruined with your research work for future.

My request to the research community is that please go for Impact Factor Journals.  Definitly it requires some extra effort but it is of long term importance both for yourself and your university and in general for Pakistan.

Subject: [pakgrid] European Journal of Scientific Research [Review Required]

Dear Experts,

Has anyone among this group  published his/her research work in the following journal:

"European Journal of Scientific Research" (EJSR-ISSN 1450-216X)

I had submitted my paper in this journal and recently, I have received an initial acceptance letter with an additional requirement of submitting 400$ for further processing.

What would be your recommendations regarding this? To be on the safe end, I want to double check whether to:
  1. Publish the research work in ESJR?
  2. Submit the processing fee (400$)?
Many thanks in advance for your kind opinion.

Regards,
Wasif

  1. European Scientific Journal. Since 2004, “ESJ” has become a double blind peer - reviewed international journal which accepts high quality research articles. student research journal
