Hello, There maybe remote chance - interim government or/and after elections. If the same group is back the funds balance will be in negative digits from what is today and success of anyone capturing any funds are as good as Mayans prediction of the end of the world Dec 21, 2012. The funds have good and talented people of excellent calibre but the biggest mistake made by ict was to lets it funds bloat and it got wrong attention.

I submitted two projects two years no one could get approved. I submitted another one this year. It has been over seven months no information from ICT on status of projects. New CEO had added nothing in previous practices. This institute has failed to function practically. There is little hope of any good from ICT

I was just wondering has there been any research project approved OR funded in the last 8-10 months since the interim CEO took over ? Any body who has been lucky getting his/her project approved and funded during this time?
