Dubai investment conference seems to be concluding on engaging Indian Baraj Group to work under USAID in Pakistan. The worth of fund is just $100 million or so. Is it not joke with Pakistan. If government overlooks black and white money then all the 50% black economy here can help support establishment of National Energy Investment Program to build all the four large dams in Pakistan? Please correct if I am wrong.
