My five-year-old HN7000s modem has died and I've put my HughesNet account temporarily "in suspense". What are you asking for one of the four 7000s's you have? How old are they? How much use have they had? Do you think mine could have died because I always turned it off when it wasn't in use? Why did you have four in the first place?!!! Thank you, - - - Vicki Hepler, El Dorado Hills, CA

By "died" what do you mean? No power at all? Some lights working/not
working, etc.?

Keith, not sure what you mean by died.... do the lights not come on at all?

I would strongly suggest you find a way to check the power supply.

I carry a spare modem as we work from the road and connectivity is critical
to us. I also have a spare power supply as I had one go bad a few years
back.
