                    In 2010 when i gave interview at IBM as Networks engineer they asked me questions about VPNs both site to site and remove access ,their configuration parameters,GRE tunneling,please keep in mind IBM has deployed Juniper solution for their network so they will defiantly demand your work experience on juniper devices.Major areas to be covered must be Route ,switch and security.Eliminate EIGRP because it is cisco propritor.And Please DONOT FORGET TO SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH ME.

* Perform radio network audit and performance improvement: statistics analysis and processing, KPI calculation, parameters and features tuning, make recommendation for future network development.
* Utilize NMS/OSS applications for radio network audit/performance improvement purposes;
* Perform Network strategy consulting
* Assist in marketing and sales activities, customer negotiations
* Take part in development of internal methods and tools
* Transfer competence to staff in Radio Network Design/Improvement area
* Candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on working experience on RF Optimization (GSM)/2G, Map Info, TEMS, GPRS/EDGE, Google Earth and any DT post processing tool
* Optimize worst cells list, to improve KPI's such as Call Setup Success Rate, TCH assignment success rate, SDCCH success rate, TCH drop call rate.
* Provide solutions for the worst cells list of TCH traffic congestion that includes: parameter adjustment changes recommendation, utilization of radio features.
* The candidate will work in a supporting role with integration and implementation team.
* Propose changes in antenna parameters (Height, bore, tilt ) that are required to optimize the network.
* Candidate should be flexible to work 24x7 to fulfill the job requirements.
* Occasionally willing to support the team on call.
* Candidate should have good MS Excel experience
2.       Driver Test Engineer (Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant Experience)
* Candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on working experience on RF Optimization (GSM)/2G, Map Info, TEMS Investigation, NEMO, Paranoma, X-CAL and X-CATGPRS/EDGE, Google Earth and any DT post processing tool
Survey Engineers

*Duties of Lab Engineer*

1. Conduct of labs as per the lab manuals.

4. Arrange training of lab staff during semester breaks.

5. Ensure completeness of course lab folders and put up during
inspections/visits as required.

6. Serve as a contact person for conduct of workshops in the lab.

7. Brief visitors/dignitaries about the lab during visits.

8. Help students in their Final Year Projects if required.

9. Brief students about lab policies and assist them in semester
